Data collected and purpose

Through the registration form we collect first name, last name, date of birth, email, telephone number, city, dance role, registration type, selected package and, if provided, Facebook profile, dance partner and room-request details. We use these data solely to manage registration for Brutia Tango Fest 2027, check availability and contact you about confirmation, deposit and balance arrangements.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is necessary to respond to a registration request and for related organisational activities. Data are retained for the time needed to manage the event and comply with applicable administrative obligations.

Recipients

Data are accessible only to the organising team and technical providers strictly needed to receive and manage the request. We do not sell or transfer data for third-party advertising purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing by writing to info@pepertango.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
